Biography:

Neharika Narayanan is a trust‑grade FY2 doctor working at Pilgrim Hospital, Lincolnshire. She graduated from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in 2022 and has developed strong interests in medical education, research engagement, and quality improvement. She has presented a poster at the SfE BES conference in 2026 and looks forward to expanding her academic portfolio through further research and publication opportunities.

Research Interests:

Neharika Narayanan’s research interests focus on clinical medicine with an emphasis on endocrinology, quality improvement and medical education. She is particularly interested in enhancing patient care outcomes through evidence-based practice, clinical audits and service improvement initiatives. Her academic pursuits also include active engagement in research dissemination, with a growing interest in contributing to peer-reviewed publications and conferences. Additionally, she is keen on exploring innovative approaches in medical training and education to support the development of future healthcare professionals while advancing her own clinical and academic expertise.
